If you want to make smores and don't have chololate but do have chocolate chips try making a hole in the marshmello and fill with 3-4 chips, seal the marshmello back together with your fingers and roast. The chocolate will melt and it's less messy! Or use the chocolate covered graham crackers for even less mess.
Bananas are great on the grill too- pull one piece of the peel down and carefully slice the banana open, fill with chocolate chips and mimi marshmellos, pull the peel back up and cover with aluminum foil. Grill until hot and melted...delicious!
